  • Conservation projects

Each year we carry out around 20 conservation projects across our estate. From wallpainting conservation to structural repair, you can find out more about our latest work and recent projects here.

  • Heritage Building Skills High Level Repairs and Summer School 2024

We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced contractors with a strong commitment to training and development to undertake a roofing and masonry repair project at St John the Evangelist Church in Lancaster. The successful contractor will also partner in a heritage building skills training programme in the summer of 2024.

  • Routine Maintenance Contracts - South East

We are currently undertaking the retendering of the Routine Maintenance Contracts for the South East region and we are inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified conservation contractors.

  • Consultant Framework Agreement Review 2022

We will be undertaking a formal review (which happens every 6 years) of all appointments under the Consultant Framework Agreement during the autumn of 2022. This gives the Trust and consultants a regular opportunity to review working relationships and plan for the future.

  • Caring for the environment

We believe that, by investing in environmentally-friendly systems and materials, our churches and communities will have the best possible chance to thrive long into the future.
